**How Our Towel Rental Service Works**  

(The following example is for a customer utilizing 500 towels at 550 GSM with a weekly delivery and pickup schedule.)

1. For our initial delivery, we will provide you with 600 towels—500 for your expected use, plus an extra 100 for any unforeseen demand. You will only be billed for 500 towels unless additional ones are utilized.

2. For the second delivery, we will bring another 500 towels. The same policy regarding spares and charges applies, resulting in a total stock of 1,100 towels.

3. During the second delivery, we will also collect the towels that were used in the previous week in preparation for the upcoming delivery.

4. On the third delivery, we will return the towels collected the previous week and gather your soiled towels for laundering. You will only be charged for 500 towels unless you exceed that quantity; the additional 100 towels will not incur any charges unless used.

5. Moving forward, we will consistently return the previously collected towels while collecting your soiled towels to ensure they are cleaned and ready for the next week's delivery.

6. Invoices are generated at the start of each month for that month’s services. Our payment terms are 30 days from the invoice date.

7. With a weekly usage of 500 towels, we will replace up to 25 towels per month free of charge (5% of your expected weekly usage) that are either missing or damaged. Any replacements beyond 25 will be billed at £5.58 per bath towel.

8. All of our towels are designated for your use only, meaning they are not pooled with stock from other customers.

9. Our standard bath towels are made from 100% cotton, measuring 67cm x 130cm and weighing 500gsm (0.42kg). We can supply towels of any size and weight upon request.

10. We provide laundry bags labeled with your company name at no additional cost.

11. Bath towels are delivered in bags of 30. Please ensure you return the towels in groups of 30 so we can maintain sufficient bags for your next delivery.

12. At the beginning of each month, we will send an invoice. If your delivery location has 24-hour access and is within our existing delivery areas, there will be no charge. Otherwise, a nominal fee may apply to cover costs. The invoice will reflect
