When is Eid? Eid Mubarak

What is Eid al Fitr?
Eid al-Fitr is a religious holiday celebrated by Muslims worldwide that marks the end of the month-long dawn-to-sunset fasting of Ramadan. Often Muslims says Eid Mubarak (Happy Eid) to greet each other on this day. They perform a special prayer in the mosque which is forbidden in the UK due to #Coronavirus. They invite and meet their relatives and friends, prepare delicious foods and share with each other. They donate money (Zaakat – 2.5% of their extra net cash and gold) among poor people so that all people can have a happy day.

When is Eid 2020?
Eid begins after the end of fasting month of Ramadan. People tries to see the new moon to confirm the new month of “Shawal”. Eid takes place on the 1st day of Shawal. So, the Eid al Fitr will start on Saturday the 23rd May 2020 in the evening and finish on the Evening on Sunday the 24th May 2020.

Happy Eid Day to All.

When will pubs and restaurants reopen in the UK? See below

When will pubs and restaurants reopen in the UK? See below:

The British #hospitality sector like #restaurants, #pubs and #cafes closed their doors on 23rd March 2020 as per the order given by the Government. Some of the restaurants have kept their establishment open for takeaway and delivery services. Hospitality sectors have been hit hard by the #coronavirus.

Restaurants, pubs and cafes is place for public gathering where it is very difficult to maintain social distancing. For this reason, government have decided to reopen this sector at last. As per the guidance from the government, these hospitality places must remain close till early July 2020. The UK Government's Covid-19 recovery plan makes clear that hospitality places must remain closed until July 4 at the earliest.

This #Covid-19 crisis has put a huge risk to the hospitality sectors, their employees, owners, suppliers, wholesalers. Government have offered lots of help to the sector like grants, furlough scheme etc. Still some of the restaurants will not survive this crisis.

We are hoping that the hospitality sectors can come up from this crisis and flourish again.

How Brtitons Paid Tribute to Key Workers? Please Join

Coronavirus: UK Wide Britons fall silent for one-minute tribute to health service staff and key workers like doctors, nurses, carers, cleaners, the NHS heroes and bus drivers, who had sadly died by coronavirus at 11 am today. #restaurants #hotel #brentlinenhire @brentlinen

More than 100 NHS and social care workers have lost their lives. Workers in other key sectors such as transport are also among those who have died while carrying out their vital work during the pandemic.

Boris Johnson the PM tweeted: 'This morning I took part in a minute's silence to remember those workers who have tragically died in the coronavirus pandemic. The nation will not forget you.'

The Society of Occupational Medicine, whose members include more than 1,700 doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and technicians, has said the goal should be zero work-caused fatalities.

It is calling for the government to prevent any further work-related deaths and for employers to carry out risk assessments so people can safely return to their jobs whenever the lockdown is eased.

Following is the Covid-19 Cases today:
Confirmed UK cases: 157,149
 New cases: 4,310
 UK deaths: 21,092

England: 112,467
Scotland: 10,521
Wales: 9,280
NI: 3,374

Dame Donna said: "This moment will bring together a sombre but grateful nation. Whether in nursing or driving buses, our heroes kept going to work when many had the luxury of staying at home. Nobody should go out to work and risk their life.

"This must not be the last time that sacrifice is recognised. The country and its leaders owes a tremendous debt to these key workers and the many more who are on shift again today."

The sausage and bakery chain Greggs is set to reopen as early as next week on May the 4th 2020. It’s a very good news for the fan of Greggs. Initially they will open 20 branches on a takeaway basis on a controlled basis. The group shut their door on 23rd March 2020. Once the trial is successful, the group will open most of their branches in months. In a letter to staff, group CEO Roger Whiteside said he hopes to open around 700 stores, including 150 franchise shops, with new operational measures in place from June 8 and he intends to open all 2050 branches by July 1st 2020.

CEO Roger Whiteside released a statement expressing gratitude for the company’s workers and said “While we are closed, we will continue supporting our colleagues with full contract hours for as long as we are able although we will need to keep this under review as the situation develops”.

They will maintain social distancing during their operation to keep their staff and customers safe. They will also offer left over food to the vulnerable people in the society.

What is the new sign of Coronavirus? Read below

This devastating #coronavirus is a brand new virus that has completely stopped our lives. Not lots of information are known to the scientists about it. Scientists are working hard to know more about it. 8 of 10 people with virus will have mild or no symptoms.

Our #NHS said that main symptoms of coronavirus:
1. dry cough and a fever;
2. Loss of test and smell and would have done digestive issues.

Recently, doctors have found out that some Covid-19 patients have developed rashes and it could be because of #coronavirus. These symptoms may not show immediately and may be in 2 to 3 days.

Now there is a growing number of reports of coronavirus patients who have developed rashes, and experts are trying to determine if it is caused by the virus. We all should look out for these symptoms.

Coronavirus UK (COVID-19) -Brent Linen Hire - 02034881616

What is Coronavirus (COVID-19):

COVID-19 is a new illness that can affect your lungs and airways. It's caused by a virus called coronavirus.

What's the risk of coronavirus in the UK?

The UK Chief Medical Officers have raised the risk to the public from low to moderate.

Health professionals are working to contact anyone who has been in close contact with people who have coronavirus.

What are the Symptoms of coronavirus?

The symptoms of coronavirus are:

>> a cough

>> a high temperature

>> shortness of breath

But these symptoms do not necessarily mean you have the illness.

The symptoms are similar to other illnesses that are much more common, such as cold and flu.

How does coronavirus spread?

Because it's a new illness, we do not know exactly how coronavirus spreads from person to person.

Similar viruses are spread in cough droplets.

It's very unlikely it can be spread through things like packages or food.

How to avoid catching or spreading coronavirus?

One can do the following:

>> Wash your hands with soap and water often – do this for at least 20 seconds

>> Always wash your hands when you get home or into work

>> Use hand sanitiser gel if soap and water are not available

>>Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze

>> Put used tissues in the bin straight away and wash your hands afterwards

>> Try to avoid close contact with people who are unwell

One should not do the following:

>> Do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean

What to do if you think you might have coronavirus:

If you think you might have coronavirus or you've been in close contact with someone who has it:

stay at home and avoid close contact with other people

>> Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital

>> Use the NHS 111 online coronavirus service to find out what to do next

>> The 111 coronavirus service will tell you if you need to continue to stay at home (self-isolate) or if you need medical help.

Treatment for coronavirus:

>> There is currently no specific treatment for coronavirus.

>> Antibiotics do not help, as they do not work against viruses.

>> Treatment aims to relieve the symptoms while your body fights the illness.

>> One need to stay in isolation away from other people until recovered.
