We will give you the best quote with itemised price and detailed of the cloths. What area do you cover for delivery? We deliver the cloths anywhere of London and surrounding cities. How often will you pick up /drop off? It depends on your requirements and ordered quantities. We will agree a suitable term with you for delivery and collection. Who will be my contact personnel? One of representatives will be designated to you or your company to look after you and deal with any issue arises. You will always talk to the same person. Customer service is very important to us. How do I place an order? We recommend to e-mail your order to keep a track record of the orders. How often do you invoice? We invoice weekly or monthly depending on the terms and condition agreed with you. What are your payment terms?
